JJ's experience in aluminium casting technology as an independent company exists already more then 10 years and has resulted into the following companies, being: Taizhou Rising Sun Machinery Co. Ltd., JJ Machinery Co. Ltd. and JJ Trade Co. Ltd.

Taizhou Rising Sun is our main foundry and is specialized in sand casting and gravity casting of aluminium alloys. Casting, processing and manufacturing alloys in various sizes, quantities and degrees of complexity, we are considered to be leading in technology particularly for complex castings and/or where the market requires high standards of production and quality control.

Achieved Quality Certifications are: ISO9001: 2000 and ISO/TS16949: 2002.

The company currently has a capacity of 7.000 tons aluminium per year with a turnover that exceeds 300 million Yuan. The factory covers an area of 30.000 m², setup mould, casting, machining and assembly workshops.

We have obtained a direct import and export license in 2001 and 90% of our production is exported to abroad markets.

Our experience is emphasized on sand-; gravity- and die casting of aluminium parts and includes assembly. We seek perfection and are therefore focused on continuous improvement of ourselves and our processes, achieving higher efficiency and quality output. Combined with substantial investments in advanced measuring- and testing equipment we are able to provide reliable products for the global market such as the Automotive and Heating Industry.

Communication and further understanding of the western market demands is a part of our improvement process which is why we do not limit to English speaking Chinese people only. Our sales organization includes European's with the required knowledge of the products and markets that we supply, mastering the English, German and Dutch language.

Finally we would already like to announce our plan to build another 67.000 m² for casting only to further increase our flexibility and meet our customers' requirements.

The company is located in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, on the golden coastline of China mainland, where there are well-equipped transportation facilities by land, sea and air. For example, it's the location of Haimen Port, a second biggest port in Zhejiang Province, and 13 kilometers away from Huangyan Airport, and only a few hours drive from Ningbo&Shanghai port.
