JJ was established in 1986. After more than 20 years of good management, it has developed into a machining Corporation for exporting which gathering manufacturing and trading. We have an import and export license and 95% of our products are exported all around Europe and the USA.

JJ is a professional factory which possesses a large scale of aluminum alloy’s casting, machining and manufacturing. JJ occupies an area of 100,000 m2 which set up mould, casting, machining and assembly workshops. The casting processes include sand casting, gravity casting and die casting, where we have built up excellent know how particularly in the field of complex sand castings.

We have advanced production and testing equipment and our maximum annual production capacity can be reached 15,000 tons.

JJ is running ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System. We obtained ASME Certificate in 2008, becoming the first Aluminum foundry which passed ASME approval in the world.

We are seeking perfection and therefore focused on continuous improvement of ourselves and our processes, achieving higher efficiency and quality output. Combined with substantial investments in advanced measuring-and testing equipment we are able to provide reliable products for the global market such as the Automotive and Heating Industry. JJ has such specialists with good intercommunion in mastering English, German, Dutch among others and further understanding of the western market demands and their cultural difference. JJ started to introduce a consignment stock system in Europe and is able to deal with issues on short notice, to overcome potential customers’ concerns regarding overseas business/purchasing.

The JJ foundries are located in the east coast of China---Taizhou City, the second biggest port of Zhejiang Haimen port locus; nearby the large ports of Ningbo and Shanghai with airports in Taizhou, Wenzhou and Ningbo surrounding the locations of our foundries, where it is to be noted that the nearest airport of them is the Taizhou airport with only 13km distance. It just takes 40 minutes flying from Taizhou to Shanghai, which makes the area particularly suitable for logistics, e.g. transportation by air, over land and sea.
